"I have some residential units and more commercial units. I have never had software before and so agreed to try Ideal Landlord. I found that if I spend the time to do my accounting entries and any monthly one time charges, it saves me so much time and makes me feel more confident that my business is as profitable as it can be. It automates so many things I had to do by hand and I love that the statements are sent monthly as well.
I use the webflyers for my residential properties when I have vacancies and I almost always get new tenants before the old tenant moves out. It has really improved my bottom line. I use a broker to advertise my commercial vacancies. They are not as efficient as the webflyers for sure. But I like that I can use this software to manage both residential and commercial properties.
My tenants also like the portal and the message center. They especially like the automated rent collection. I like it too because I don't have to do anything during rent week. The rents come in and the accounting is done automatically. I really like this software and think you will too."
